General Terms and Conditions of Contract (GTC)
Scope of application
The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed via the online store of HULDA. HULDA reserves the right to change the GTC. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.
Offer
Product information in the HULDA online store is non-binding and no liability is assumed for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information. Information can be changed by HULDA at any time. Likewise, quality standards, designations, indications of origin, samples and specimens of products are not binding and may be changed at any time. If an article is not available, we will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone. If the article is no longer available, the customer will get his money back.
Price
All prices are in Swiss Francs and exclusive of VAT. The prices are for the unpacked goods without shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Order
Orders are placed via the online store of HULDA. The offers in the online store of HULDA are only an invitation to submit an offer. The customer is responsible for the online order and the order will be processed as it is received by HULDA without any further inquiry to the customer. The customer's order is binding for the customer. HULDA is free to reject orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case the customer will be informed by HULDA. HULDA does not assume any liability for transmission errors or wrong entries on the PC by the customer. The customer has no right to withdraw from the order in case of transmission errors or wrong entries on the PC.
Conclusion of contract
A sales contract comes off only if HULDA sends the ordered products or confirms the dispatch to the customer.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by Swiss Post. Deliveries are limited to delivery addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. There is no minimum order value. The postage costs amount to CHF 8.50 (B Mail) or CHF 10.50 (A Mail). From an order value of CHF 150.00, HULDA delivers free of charge. Information on delivery times is not binding. HULDA endeavors to deliver all items ordered as quickly as possible. The delivery time is normally 3-5 working days. If an item is not immediately available, HULDA reserves the right to wait with the delivery and send everything together. HULDA also delivers worldwide. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post. The delivery costs amount to a flat rate of CHF 25.00. From an order value of CHF 150.00, HULDA delivers free of charge. HULDA endeavors to deliver all ordered items as quickly as possible. The delivery time is normally 8-10 working days. If an article is not immediately available, HULDA reserves the right to wait with the delivery and send everything together. Any VAT and customs duties incurred will be borne by the recipient.
Notice of defects
If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must, without prejudice to their rights of defect, immediately complain to the delivery messenger and refuse acceptance. The customer is obligated to have a damage confirmation report handed over by the delivery messenger. The goods are to be checked immediately after arrival for correctness, completeness and intactness. For any defects or deviations from the order, HULDA must be notified on the day of delivery either by phone at +41797930515 or by email hello@shophulda.com. The product will be replaced or the defective paid goods will be credited to the customer's desired bank account. HULDA reserves the right to request proof of the defect.
Terms of payment
Payments must be made in Swiss Francs. A shipment will only be made after successful verification of credit card or PayPal details or by prepayment.
Return
A return is possible within 7 days after receipt of the goods by sending them to HULDA, Deborah Schöpfer, Theodor-Brunner-Weg 5, 8700 Küsnacht. Please contact HULDA by e-mail at hello@shophulda.com before sending in the goods. The goods must be in original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Postage costs for returns are not covered by HULDA.
Liability
HULDA excludes to the extent permitted by law any liability for the products sold and delivered.
Final clause
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The respective binding version of the GTC can be viewed and printed at www.shophulda.com. The place of jurisdiction for natural or legal persons is Zurich.
