Refund policy

Returns are possible within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending them to HULDA, Deborah Schöpfer, Farenweg 8, 8038 Zurich. Please contact HULDA by e-mail at hello@shophulda.com before returning the goods. The goods must be in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. The postage costs for returns are not covered by HULDA. The shipping costs incurred for free shipping from CHF 150 will be deducted from the buyer's refund.
